About the program:
Provides a Transition Home Program (therapeutic home environment) where youth can be quickly moved into while their short and long-term needs are assessed and services are implemented. With this approach, inappropriate long-term placements can be decreased and/or eliminated, thereby breaking the damaging cycle of continued disruption, lowered self-esteem and the increasing sense of failure and rejection often experienced by youth in need of services.
