About the program:
Provides a Companion service which was developed as a wrap around service to augment the Treatment Foster Care and Transition Home Program. This service consists of trained staff available on an as needed basis to support the goals and objectives of the individualized treatment plan. The Companion Services staff provides specific tasks to build relationships with youth and monitor behaviors that might result in premature termination from care.
