About the program:
Provides topical fluoride application, chair side dental hygiene, comprehensive pediatric dentistry and education for indigent school children who qualify for Health Department Services or who receive Medicaid and for the indigent adult, through the Adult Dental Emergency Clinic Service, who receive State and Local Hospitalization through Social Services.
