About the program:
Offers a variety of educational material promoting healthy lifestyles. Educational videos and support material are available upon request. A librarian is available part-time
to help you locate information resources. Career training and public health is available for college students. Various curricula are offered. The director maintains
coordination with lead poison, rat vector control, family planning, cardiovascular program (cholesterol or blood pressure screening), breast and cervical cancer program, HIV
and AIDS program, healthy start fatherhood initiative, nursing and environmental health services, and information officers and aides. The director also works with VPI
nutrition aides.
