About the program:
Offers to the school the services of a health team which can perform routine check ups, examine for minor illness and infections, educate, assess, and counsel on problems
associated with adolescent growth and development, identify problems of nutrition, anemia, vision, and hearing. Provides support in coping with chronic health conditions,
immunization update, tuberculin skin testing, and performs athletic or job related physical examinations.
