About the program:
Provides case management, educational, personal, spiritual and referral services for deteriorating AIDS clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Frozen meals, prepared and delivered by volunteers, are provided weekly to clients and trained volunteer "partners" are offered to clients and their caregivers to assist in this final stage of life. Medicaid AIDS Waiver, Ryan White and HOPWA Case Management services provided. Also serves as the administrative office.
