About the program:
Provides a program designed to enhance community involvement in the education process in order to address the improving, academic achievement of African-American students
located in the Hampton Roads area. A summer youth employment program through the private sector is offered, as well as leadership training and development of life skills.
Assistance is also given to the student's parents.
