About the program:
Provides assistance to improve living conditions for low/moderate income residents. Programs, activities, services, and needed referrals for socio-economic upgrading of low-income families is provided for those in STOP's service area. The center also serves as a crisis outreach site providing emergency food, rent, utility payments, and other needed services on short notice.
