About the program:
Provides shelter, information and referral, counseling for the abused, and out of shelter groups for abused women, battered women, and their children. Current services include
the Women in Crisis Program, Before and After School Child Care in Norfolk and Portsmouth, the Mother's Center Parenting Program, Women in Transition career services, and teen
activities.
