About the program:
Provides relocation assistance to help make a quick and smooth adjustment, whether arriving or departing Hampton Roads. Services include hospitality kits (household items), welcome aboard packets, "smooth move" and "overseas transfers" workshops, "PCS House," and "Standard Installation Topic Exchange Service," (Sites) computer programs, and worldwide library of welcome aboard packets. Also provides sponsor training for commands upon request.
