About the program:
Provides a habitat for migrating and wintering waterfowl. FEES: Disabled and 62 and older: Golden Access Pass-free w/proof of disability. Golden Access Pass- $ 10.00 lifetime fee good for all National Parks, Refuges, historic sites and monuments. $ 4.00 entrance fee per vehicle, $ 2.00 entrance fee on bike or foot HOURS: Refuge: dawn until dusk 7 days a week.
