Provides educational and recreational wildlife programs. Reservations are required. REFUGE HOURS- Refuge is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Closed during hunting season. Call for specific dates. WASHINGTON DITCH ENTRANCE: April 1-September 30, 6:30AM-8:00PM. October 1-March 31, 6:30 AM-5:00PM.
