About the program:
Provides Braille instruction, literacy instruction for the deaf (using sign language) and volunteers from the community to work one on one with persons with disability to improve literacy. FUNDING: Virginia Literacy Foundation, ABE through the Virginia Department of Education and the Virginia Beach Foundation. CONFIDENTIALITY: Maintained. CLIENT TO STAFF RATIO: 1 to 1.
