About the program:
Provides outreach to homeless adults who have mental health and/or substance abuse issues; offers access to services, referral to resources and ongoing follow-up. Also serves as a referral, information and training resource for agencies and community groups having contact with the homeless population. Outreach sites are located at the Union Mission, 120 Brooke Avenue, Norfolk @ 10:00AM to 12 noon, Tuesday,and at St. Columba Ecumenical Ministries, 2114 Lafayette Blvd., Thursday 11:00AM to 1:00PM.
