About the program:
Provides the Hampton Roads Chapter of a non-profit volunteer organization which supports the care and dignity of persons with dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, their families and other caregivers through quality programs of community-based support, information and referral, public awareness, education, training, research and advocacy.
