About the program:
Offers day care services and programs for adults who require supervision of their daily care needs. Supervision is provided with activities of daily living, nutrition, and health maintenance. Also participates with the Hampton Roads chapter Alzheimer's Association for subsidized in-home respite care and adult day care.
