About the program:
Provides various services for the career journey. Including standardized test preparation via relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques to enhance test performance and fight test anxiety; career assessments to identify whether interests, skills, and needs are being met in one's current employment; stress management to target current job stressors and provide counseling on improved self care; retirement counseling focuses on this challenging yet rewarding transition by exploring and developing interests, skills, and opportunities for community service. Individual assessment and counseling as well as group workshops are provided.
