About the program:
Provides Norfolk Community Services Board representation to the Norfolk Interagency Consortium (NIC) Community Assessment Teams by an adolescent case manager. Recommendations and referrals for mental health and substance abuse services are made. One time assessments regarding NIC cases are also conducted at the request of NIC, the Department of Social Services and other agencies. Additionally, the staff person carries a number of case management cases for which the overall coordination of care is conducted.
