About the program:
Provides a full service branch of the Norfolk Public Library which offers library and information services to the community, including circulating and non-circulating books, newspapers, magazines, videos, walk-in, telephone and computer reference services, children and adult's educational and cultural programs, public computers, and voter registration forms.
