About the program:
Helps non-violent felony and misdemeanor offenders become gainfully employed and socially stable. Services include "personal needs" assessment by program specialist; life skill training; job training and special skill training; stipend of persons in workforce development ($30 per day); case management/follow-up; referral assistance for basic service needs; job referral and job placement.
