About the program:
Provides a non-profit volunteer organization that supports the care and dignity of persons with dementia caused by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, their families and other caregivers. Services include information and referral, multicultural outreach, community education in-service training, safe return program, support groups, subsidy or in-home respite and adult day care, lending library, 24 hour telephone caregiver support network, and law enforcement training.
