About the program:
Provides emergency help with home repair and maintenance for families and individuals who cannot afford to buy services, and those whose health or safety are threatened. Work usually includes exterior and sometimes interior repair; restoration of pumps, water heaters, and sinks; construction of wheelchair ramps and stairs; and roof repairs.
