About the program:
Provides services that brings running water and septic facilities to low income residents of Lancaster and Northumberland Counties. SAIF originally stood for Salvation Army/Interfaith. It has been bringing water and bathroom facilities to the poor since 1989. Projects range from installing new wells and new septic systems to reclaiming old wells, water testing, repairing water and wastewater systems and building bathrooms.
