PROVIDES INVESTIGATION OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE, COUNSELING AND REFERRAL. SEXUALY TRANSMITTED DISEASES ARE TREATED ON A WALK-IN BASIS. CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION AND CERTAIN ADULT IMMUNIZATION ARE OFFERED AT NO COST. FOREIGN TRAVEL IMMUNIZATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SMALL FEE. IMMUNIZATIONS ARE OFFERED DAILY AND SOME EVENINGS. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. FLU SHOTS ARE AVAILABLE M,T,W,TH,F, 2:00PM-3:30PM
