About the program:
Assists older adults and their families to locate and arrange for in-home care when an illness or injury makes staying at home difficult. Individuals receive home care from the agency if they are homebound and not eligible to receive services from any other sources. Such care includes: Certified Nurses Assistants- provide personal care and assists clients with the activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing; Respite Service- offers occasional, routine or emergency relief to the family member caring for the patient, by arranging for a home health worker to come into the home.
