About the program:
Provides service to residents functioning with mild to moderate levels of memory impairment due to dementia, including Alzheimers. Services help individuals live as
independently as possible while providing assistance with daily tasks which they might otherwise find difficult to accomplish. Those who require nursing services when the level
of impairment exceeds a moderate level have immediate access to Riverside Convalescent Center.
