About the program:
Provides a loan program to assist individuals with the purchase of a car, car repairs, tools or uniforms for work and deposits for rental. The program strives to improve one's work status and enhance their family life. The program is not a loan for emergency purposes. The loan process takes at least 30 days. ELIGIBILITY: The person must be unable to qualify for other funding sources, must demonstrate the ability to make a modest monthly payment, and be a single-parent or 2 parent head of household over the age of 18.
